Location: Hotel Complex Zara is 800 meters away from the resort’s centre and 900 meters away from the first station of the ski lift, to and from which there is a free of charge transfer.

Accommodation: Hotel Complex Zara conquers with the luxury and coziness of its 16 double standard rooms, 47 double deluxe rooms, 22 one-bedroom apartments and 1 maisonette. The premises are equipped with everything needed for one pleasant and unforgettable stay and are furnished to the highest standard.

DBL 2+0: Approximately 25 square meters. All double standard rooms are interconnected and each couple shares a common hallway and a common terrace. One of the rooms disposes of one double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, and the other – with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower cabin. At guests’ disposal there are also coffee and tea facilities, a mini fridge, a LCD TV with satellite channels, a hair dryer in the bathroom and a safe deposit box. A couple of double standard rooms are suitable for accommodating two friendly families, four friends or a family with two grown-up children. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

DBL 2+2 DELUXE: Approximately 35 square meters. The double deluxe rooms dispose of one double or two single beds and an extendable sofa and are equipped with coffee and tea facilities, a mini fridge, a LCD TV with satellite channels, a bathroom with a hair dryer, a safe deposit box and a terrace. Some of the terraces reveal a breathtaking view to Pirin. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.

APP 2+2: Approximately 50 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a couch with two separate wings, each of which with a whole mattress and dispose of coffee and tea facilities, a mini fridge, a LCD TV with satellite channels, a bathroom with a hair dryer, a safe deposit box and a terrace. Some of the terraces reveal a breathtaking view to Pirin. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child or 4 adults.

MAISONETTE 4+2: Approximately 100 square meters. The maisonette is a two-storey premise with a bedroom with two single beds with a separate bathroom and a terrace to it and a living room with a big couch on the first floor and a second bedroom with one double bed with a separate bathroom and a terrace to it on the second floor and dispose of coffee and tea facilities, a mini fridge, a LCD TV with satellite channels and a safe deposit box. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults with 1 child or 6 adults.

Baby cot is available upon prior request and against extra payment of 5 BGN per day.

The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs.

Accommodation with pets is not allowed.

About the hotel: Hotel Complex Zara disposes of a main restaurant with a capacity of 180 places and a Lobby bar. At disposal for conducting team buildings and corporate events there is a conference hall with a maximum capacity of up to 120 places, equipped with daylight and black-out curtains, a screen, a projector, a flip chart, sound system, wireless internet access and a laptop. For the youngest guests, during the winter season, there is a children’s room, table tennis, a mini football table, a TV with kids’ channels, an outdoor children’s playground and a children’s section in the indoor heated pool.

Sports and SPA: The Relax centre of Hotel Complex Zara is equipped with an indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, an aroma sauna, a steam bath, a procedures’ zone, massage cabinets, Turkish bath, a relax zone and a fitness zone. At guests’ disposal there are also an outdoor pool with a Pool bar and a barbecue, functioning during the summer season.
