Location: Hotel Maria Antoaneta Residence is comfortably situated in the picturesque area of Stragite, at the foot of the mountain, in close proximity to the first station of the ski lift and 600 meters away from the resort’s centre.

Accommodation: Hotel Maria Antoaneta Residence is a gated apartment complex, consisting of five separate sections with an indoor warm connection between them, going through level -1. Each section disposes of an elevator and offers accommodation in double rooms, junior suites, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments, each of which is equipped with a LCD TV, a hair dryer, an electric kettle and cups for coffee, tea and water. Some of the accommodation premises also dispose of a terrace. For accommodation in an apartment with a view to the mountain an additional fee of 7 EUR per day is due.

DBL 2+0: Approximately 15 square meters. The double rooms dispose of one double bed, nightstands, a dressing table, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

DBL 2+0 PROMO: Approximately 12 square meters. The double rooms dispose of one double bed, nightstands, a dressing table, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower, do not dispose of a terrace and are situated either on floor 0 or on the last floor. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

JUNIOR SUITE 2+1: Approximately 25 square meters. The junior suites dispose of one double bed, nightstands, an extendable couch, a dressing table, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.

JUNIOR SUITE 2+1 KITCHEN: Approximately 25 square meters. The junior suites dispose of one double bed, nightstands, an extendable couch, a dressing table, a wardrobe, a kitchenette with a fridge and stoves and a bathroom with a shower. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.

JUNIOR SUITE 2+1 FIREPLACE: Approximately 25 square meters. The junior suites dispose of one double bed, nightstands, an extendable couch, a dressing table, a wardrobe, a kitchenette with a fridge and stoves, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.

APP 2+2: Approximately 50 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe, a living room with a luxurious leather double bed, a dining table with four chairs and a fridge and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child or 4 adults.

APP 2+2 KITCHEN: Approximately 50 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe, a living room with a luxurious leather double bed, a dining table with four chairs and a kitchenette with a fridge and stoves and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child or 4 adults.

APP 2+2 FIREPLACE: Approximately 50 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe, a living room with a luxurious leather double bed, a dining table with four chairs and a kitchenette with a fridge and stoves, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child or 4 adults.

APP 4+2: Approximately 70 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedroom with one double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe in each, a living room with a double extendable couch, a dining table with four chairs and a kitchenette with a fridge and stoves and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults with 1 child or 6 adults.

APP 4+2 FIREPLACE: Approximately 70 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedroom with one double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe in each, a living room with a double extendable couch, a dining table with four chairs and a kitchenette with a fridge and stoves, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults with 1 child or 6 adults.

Baby cot is available upon prior request and against extra payment of 5 BGN per day.

The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel does not dispose of premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.

Accommodation with pets up to 10 kilograms and with built-in habits is allowed against extra payment of 10 BGN per day.

About the hotel: Hotel Maria Antoaneta Residence disposes of a warm and cozy restaurant, a Lobby bar, an unguarded outdoor parking, an underground garage against extra payment of 10 EUR per day, a safe deposit box at the reception desk, a ski wardrobe for personal equipment and wireless internet access throughout the complex.
