Location: The hotel is situated at the foot of mountain Pirin, only 600 meters away from the first station of the cabin lift and 1 kilometer away from the centre of Bansko. The overall appearance of the complex is fulfilled in the traditional architectural style of Bansko.

Accommodation: The hotel disposes of 74 units – studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. The five-storey building is serviced by 2 elevators. During the winter months, the premises are heated with convectors. Each apartment has a boiler with hot water.

STUDIO 2+1: Approximately 40 square meters. The studios (are only 5 unites in the hotel) consist of two premises, separated with a door – a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an extra bed /extendable couch/. The living room disposes of appliances for tea and coffee /an electric kettle, a microwave oven, cups for tea and coffee/. In the studios there are also bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, balcony /terrace/, heating, hair dryer, mini-bar, towels and wardrobe. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults with 1 child.

APARTMENT 2+2: Approximately 55 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of two premises, separated with a door – a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two extra beds /extendable couch/. The living room disposes of appliances for tea and coffee /an electric kettle, a microwave oven, cups for tea and coffee/. In the apartments there are also bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, balcony /terrace/, heating, hair dryer, mini-bar, towels and wardrobe. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults with 1 child.

APARTMENT 3+3/4+2: Approximately 80 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of three separate premises – one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a living room with two extra beds /extendable couch/. The living room disposes of appliances for tea and coffee /an electric kettle, a microwave oven, cups for tea and coffee/. In the apartments there are also bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, balcony /terrace/, heating, hair dryer, mini-bar, towels and wardrobe. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults with 1 child or 4 adults with 2 children.

It is not allowed to prepare food in the premises!

Baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request.

The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure is NOT suitable for people with wheelchairs.

Pets with built-in habits are allowed with prior confirmation from the hotel and against extra payment /15 BGN per day/. The hotel disposes of a limited number of premises /one-bedroom apartments/ on the ground floor, in which guests with pets up to 30 kg are accommodated – accepted only in seasons spring – autumn.

At guests’ disposal: A restaurant with a capacity of 150 places, a Lobby bar with a fireplace and a billiard table, a modern conference room with a capacity of 150 places, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.  

Sports and SPA: The SPA centre offers excellent conditions for relax such as an indoor swimming pool /20 meters/ with children’s section, excellent equipped gym, Finnish sauna, aroma sauna, steam bath,   jacuzzi and Turkish bath (with extra charge) , SPA menu with a variety of exotic massages and therapies, which are conducted from qualified medical staff.

Food and beverages:

Breakfast – 07. 00 – 10. 00 – on a buffet or set menu

Dinner – 19. 00 – 21. 00 on a buffet or set menu /if a supplement for HB is chosen/

In the period between 27. 12. 2019 - 04. 01. 2020 (HB board mandatory, included in rates)
